  • I was very unhappy walking in today, I had an online EXCHANGE, & we all know how exchanging goes we end up spending more then what we went into exchange in the first place. The associate that was there denied the return, when he could of easily just helped us out. I will NEVER shop at this lids again!!! Management should really reconsider who they have in the front line, now a days we can purchase anything online!
