  • Only dealt with this "office" over the phone and of the two people I spoke to, they both came across extremely unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. Made my first appointment online- never received a confirmation call as the automated email states I should have. Called to confirm and they were making me make two appointments bc the doctor wouldn't be in at my requested appointment time. They only have a doctor available Tuesday afternoons and Thursday mornings, very inconvenient. When I said I needed to call back- the gentlemen didn't even politely end the conversation, he simply hung up on me. I plan on bringing my business elsewhere.
