  • Worst customer service I have ever received from a bank! I DO NOT recommend opening an account with this branch in particular! If you do open an account, you will have to wait 10 days before getting ANY money for the first 30 days! I guess they don't expect you to be able to eat or pay bills for 10 days! Also, they make you wait 2 days to get your money if you use their atm to deposit a check! There is no convenience in that, so if you work off Vegas hours or are in a hurry, you're out of luck! Don't expect them to sympathize or help you either! 2 of the ladies I spoke to were rude, cold, condescending and the 3rd didn't bother to return my phone call! There are much better banks than this one! Take it from me, they only look out for themselves!
