  • I have trained BJJ here for almost two years now and have loved every minute of it. The staff are like family, as well as all of the other members/classmates. Wand Fight Team creates a great learning environment as well and does well to make all newcomers feel welcome, despite any apprehensions that new students might have in getting outside of their comfort zone. The classes here are great not only for maintaining a higher level of physical fitness and for developing self-defense skills, but the instructors here also make a point to develop individuals mentally and personally beyond martial arts and fitness. All of the different classes here are offered at various times of the day in order to allow for maximum participation by students. Even still, should work, travel, family, life events, or anything else keep you out of the gym for a little while, the family-like atmosphere is always a pleasant and welcoming sight upon returning and the instructors will bring you back up to speed quickly. For that reason, I plan on training here for years to come and one day hope to bring along any future children of mine to train here as well!
