Being born and raised in Japan, I tend to be harsher when it comes to Japanese food (and I try not to give 1 or 2 star reviews unless I visited the place a couple times).
The service was good/normal, but I honestly don't know how Kenzo stays in business.
The noodles are unremarkable (I can probably go to an Asian supermarket and get a better one), and the soup did not have a lot of flavour.
I never thought I would say this ever in my life, but I think I can make a better ramen. It was equivalent to a ramen I would get at an AYCE sushi restaurant, and it hurts to know that ramen is their main food at Kenzo.
I may try it again in a couple years because I don't like leaving 1, 2 star reviews.
