  • great idea and nice area. my problem is that my dog was being bullied by 2 other dogs when we first arrived and the staff did nothing to break it up. I had 2 strangers help me get my dog safely inside and when I raised the issue with staff they said it wasn't aggressive enough to warrant staff interference, I found that frustrating since he was covered in scratches and 2 other people felt the need to intervene to help my dog and another lady had pulled me aside to let me know that my dog was bleeding. their suggestion was initially to let him play inside... by himself.... after a while they were more understanding and they said they had located the owners of the other dogs and asked them to keep a closer eye on them so we decided to give it another try. the owners frequently had to pull their dogs off mine so he could move but I was afraid to leave my dogs side and was so relieved when the other dogs left. I gave it 3 stars because my dog had such a great time after those 2 dogs left and the staff actually came up to me and apologized for our initial experience which I thought was nice. I don't have any intentions of going back there just because I was unable to relax the whole time I was there in fear that my dog would get hurt again. don't think it was a good fit for me and my baby.
