  • Well...I tried to give this business the benefit of doubt and unfortunately they have failed the test. Like a fool, I paid for the service before it was completed. The AC was not working on my vehicle and so I "scheduled" an appointment to have it repaired on Wednesday 6/13/18. I called the "manager" Scott and reminded him that I would be bringing the vehicle in. Well, he forgot about ordering the necessary parts for the job so we rescheduled for Thursday. Friday rolls around and I take the car to the shop and still, the excuse that I get is that the parts were not all properly ordered because "Scott" was off sick. I paid for the work to be done and it was not done. Saturday, 6/16/18...still, the part(s) needed to fix the car have not arrived and of course the manager "forgets" to call me and tell me that the work would not be done on time. Closed on Sunday. I go on vacation on Monday, 6/18/18 and here I am now without AC and I will be gone for a month. Really? So, now I am in contact with my credit card company, disputing the charges from this rip-off artist. This business needs to address the following systemic problems or they just need to shut down and go out of business: 1. Lack of leadership from the TOP. Management is lacking and unprofessional. No uniform. These guys actually wear gym shorts and dirty t-shirts. 2. The owner needs to address a lack of quality front desk personnel. 3. Poor customer service 4. Lack of communication between the technician/front desk to the customer. 5. Insufficient mechanics on hand. While I was on site during 3 occasions, I observed only one mechanic on duty. How and when does the only mechanic get a break or go to lunch? 6. The customer should NEVER go home with a broken vehicle after paying for services that did not resolve the problem...EVER! Wake up Mr Midas, Scott and the owner of this business and get off your butt and fix your business!
