  • Wishing to avoid the hassles of appliance repair (phone tag with repairman, multiple appointments, etc), I ignored a leaking washing machine for weeks. Knowing the leaking water may be causing more extensive damage, I finally called justin. Less than 3 hours later, my washing machine was in great working order, my dryer serviced and lint free, and a task completed! I'm know I got lucky today. Without someone else canceling an appointment, less than 3 hours doesn't happen. I've used A Better Appliance Repair before today and each time, Justin's quick to respond, with flexible scheduling, and reasonable prices. I'll call again.
