  • I fly in and out of YYZ a lot, thought I would try wahlburgers since I had time to kill before boarding. Sat at the bar, very friendly server. Ordered a BBQ bacon burger with poutine. 30 minutes went by, saw several people that came in after me get their food. Server came by and asked if I wanted anything else as if I was just finishing my drink and ready to go. When I asked about my burger she had a panicked look on her face and ran to check on it. Turns out it never got cooked. Had to take the burger to go and eat it on the plane since 45 minutes passed and my plane was boarding. Poutine was good, burger seemed average. Maybe it did not taste as good since the lame service pissed me off.
