  • Horrible customer service. Spent 5 minutes waiting as the only customer in line while one employee moved boxes. He asked if I was shipping and said he'd help me in a minute. The whole time 2 other employees sat around talking and doing nothing. The UPS store at 11035 W Summerlin Centre Dr Las Vegas has great customer service. Save yourself some headaches and don't waste your time with this store!
