Cleveland Chop has managed to go completely downhill. Is the front of house friendly? Yes. Timely? Yes. Food ideas and recipes on-point? Yes. Food execution good? HELLL NOOO!
For a place that relies on it's steaks as it's income, you'd think that someone in the kitchen would know how to cook one. No such luck on both our plates. NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!! When that is the majority of the meal, it has to be right. Apps were good. My brussels, as my side, were WAY underdone. Worst part is that there were maybe 2 or 3 tables even seated in the WHOLE PLACE on a Friday evening at 6pm and we STILL couldn't get good food. For plopping down well over 150 bucks for two people, you'd think they'd at least have comped a small amount as a goodwill gesture. What a waste of money.
