I'm adding one more star in my update as I did a received a refund quickly within the week after corresponding with Dr Rotholz. The service was professional with staff who knew their field. Although he restated that attachments were sent listing fees, location and visit forms prior to the exam, it would have been much appreciated that the staff inform the patient the charges prior to providing the services. This would avoid any misunderstandings in the future and result in all parties involved with two thumbs up.
Further to the email, Dr Rotholz did send some material to justify some of the services provided during my visit including the retinal exam. Although I did not believe that I needed it, I appreciate him taking the time to send this material to me.
