  • I have to admit that every time I go pick up my car from Hertz I expect the worst. This time, the pickup was easy - even though we had to go to the Gold Counter Bc the screen said see agent. The lady helping us out was really nice. She gave our kids a Hertz domino kit! Thanks for that! (Christmas came a day early!) During the mid week, we realized that we needed a bigger car so my husband called Hertz which was a waste of time bc no one can place a reservation for us. He spent over an hour on the phone with Hertz and nothing. My husband decided to drive the 30 minutes to the airport to exchange the car. He dealt with a gentlemen who wasn't very helpful and got frustrated. He left and went back into the Gold desk and that's where he met Shawn from the Phoenix Airport Hertz Rental Counter - He was exceptional!! (Given that my husband raved about him, that meant a lot!) Shawn, thanks for putting that extra effort in helping my husband. We really appreciate your help!!
