I came to the salon for a color and trim. The stylist I originally had an appointment with called in sick, so they put me with Michele instead. She got dye on the back of my shirt, but did not say a word. I went through the whole day with a brown spit on my shirt, which is now ruined. She didn't flat iron my chair at the end, and when I went home to do that myself, I noticed the back was uneven and the layers were choppy and awkward. I went back to show them my shirt and get it fixed, but the lady said they didn't have anyone available the rest of the day to fix it and she'll have someone call me tomorrow to set up another appointment. Her first reaction was "So...what do you want us to do about it?" Um. Fix it. I spent over $200 between the salon and shampoo there today and would appreciate much better service.
