| - DO NOT GO HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. I have gone multiple times for Voluma since November 2016 and paid 4,000 toward a rhinoplasty. Everyone is familiar with me because of how much I've been there and called.
My face is very asymmetrical, so the doc suggested a filler "Voluma". I gradually got a syringe each visit and then started doing two at a time. I thought I could trust his judgment on creating the symmetry on my one side. I eventually complained because I had told and showed him at a previous visit where I wanted the filler and he had put it in the wrong spot and ALSO on the side I never said I needed it done on. They gave me credit for more Voluma to do it right this time. And I also mentioned that it wasn't being done in the right places anymore and I needed some dissolved. (Side note, EVERY time I'm in there I wait at least an hour to an hour and a half maybe more to be seen.) So my next yet ANOTHER appointment for this filler I show the doc EXACTLY where I want some of it dissolved which is in two places. He goes "are you sure? If we remove it you won't look rounded out." I tell him I'm sure. He starts putting a syringe into my skin (never told me what it was he was using). But it seemed like it was Voluma because he was placing the syringe not in any place I told him to for the dissolvant. I asked "was that the filler?" He replied "no that was the dissolvant". In my head I'm literally appalled. I did not and have not said anything about the YET another miscommunication. I've since gone to a see a nurse (the only place that would dissolve another surgeons work) and she had me draw on my skin exactly where I needed stuff. GENIUS. Why didn't Khorsandi do this?
At this point I've now wasted a day once every two weeks and 1-2,000 every visit. About $10,000 in total I think. And my face is now just as asymmetrical but in a different way. Now I'm just beyond upset at this point. I'm realizing that this man does not pay attention to where I want stuff done and also can't see how to make someone symmetrical. I notice he does not look at all angle of the face, only from straight on.
During this time from November 2016 to May 2017 I also got two syringes of Juvederm for $600 each. And put down $4000 toward a $9000 quoted rhinoplasty. After my complaint I wanted to cancel my rhinoplasty and get my full refund. He was no longer the right fit for me. Patricia replied that she would have to deduct $1500 because I changed the surgery date. I was in shock, almost HALF of the money I gave them they would keep. AND I HAD BEEN GOING THERE RELIGIOUSLY giving them at least $11,000 now at this point. And they wanted to keep even more??? And this was ALL CASH by the way. And I had JUST complained about he hadn't listened to me, you would think she would be understanding as to not charge me a "fee" for a total refund. Finally weeks later because of my confirmed medical diagnosis they cannot operate and must give a full refund. She calls to tell me she has my $3500 check. I said I was positive I paid 4000 (cash). She said "well you paid $3500 toward your $9500 rhinoplasty, I have it here in my computer." I didn't say anything because in my head I'm remembering how both these numbers are wrong. I was quoted 9500 but in the same moment she said but I'll bring down to 9000. To fix it she says "we'll give you a $500 credit though".
Their computer system is either fucked up or they are purposely swindling me out of all my money for fun. I am now thinking that they as a large business should have emailed copy of the receipts if paid in cash to keep records somehow. But they never did. You only think of this stuff after something goes wrong. Every time I have to deal with them I feel beyond stupid thinking that it's MY FAULT and I feel hustled out of all my money. I wish I could have all that money back. As for the rhinoplasty money hopefully it's just as simple as going through their records and FINDING it. And I want it back in check NOT in credit. Because I originally paid $4000, not 3500.
I find that they the staff and doc and even Patricia are all very nice and well tempered. But I do NOT recommend going here.
