  • My mom went to this car wash and the machine stalled while her car was in the process of washing. The machine put a gash in my mom's brand new car. She went down there to explain what happened and the response she received was, "How do you know it happened here?" At first they were reluctant to fix the problem, but in the end they paid to have my mom's car fixed. I think this demonstrates they do care about their customers.
