  • Carol (old woman working at the front desk) was extremely rude to my mom and I when we went in today. The minute we set foot in the door she instantly glared at us. There was no greeting just a dirty look. We roamed through the grossly over priced store looking for unique items and we're not surprised by the fact that we were suddenly being followed by a young man who worked there.... When I saw followed I mean through EVERY AISLE! Whatever. I actually ended up finding some reasonably priced purses and headed to the counter to face Carol The fire-breathing dragon. As I expected she was rude throughout the entire transaction. She huffed and puffed as if I were bothering her by purchasing something. BTW she had no problem greeting the other people in line... What a surprise. On the bright side Pat was very kind as we walked out. See Carol.. It's not that hard smile and be nice to people who don't look like you. We all deserve respect. Bottom Line: Do your self a favor and don't stop by here.
