I'm not a car guy, so I was a little bit apprehensive when I was entering the shop. I had a dent in my fender that was blocking my passenger door from being able to open. When I explained my problem, the employee helping me (Chip) quickly fixed the dent for free and sent me on my way. I offered to pay and he told me not to worry about it.
As someone who went into the situation fearful they would be ripped off, it was a great experience to be treated well and have my problem solved for free
