  • Mold Mold Mold!!! Stay away from this place! People at the front desk are considerate and nice. However, if something BAD happens to you or apartment... they do not give AF (care). My apartment flooded from a pipe blowing up and they just told me to wipe it down with towels. Walls also has had BLACK MOLD leaking out. They didn't believe me when I verbally told them repeatedly. I had to have visual evidence and they themselves had to come in and check. It took 3 weeks of complaining for them to finally agree it was what I said it was. SERIOUSLY DO NOT LEASE HERE. There are many other reputable/SAFE options elsewhere.
