All kitchen appliances in our brand new house were purchased by the builder from Spencers which by the way is another bad company that I ever have to deal with.
The brand new microwave oven stopped working almost two months ago. We called Spencer and they sent a Goldwing tech. Parts needed to be ordered. Initially they told us it will be a few days. Five days went by, I followed up and only to be told it will be a couple of weeks or so to get the parts in. I asked for a loaner since the microwave was brand new and we can't go another week without a microwave. They said they don't provide loaners. Here we are two months later. I just called today, 5/16. CSR said the part is not in. When I told her that this is no longer acceptable she put me on hold. When she came back she said that she actually checked in the warehouse and the part is available.
Avoid this company at all cost. Their level of customer service is beyond low. If I could give a zero star, I would. Take your business somewhere else because no one should put up with this kind of service. I am about to write a review for Spencers so people won't have to experience what I've gone through.
