  • This review is for my time having lived at Firenze during 2011-2014. The price, condition, maintenance response, and safety of the area were all good. The only complaint about the apartment itself was a high volume of crickets at the time, but even so, I'd consider these the least intrusive insect. Their proximity to shopping was a great benefit to myself and others more interested in walking than driving. At the time, the area was safe and quiet. The staff were always helpful and on top of any work orders we'd put in online. Even when moving out, the staff were very helpful and worked with us to move with ease, as kind as they were when we first moved in.
