  • Knowing what I know now I will never hire nor recommend this company again. I hired CDC pools after receiving several quotes partly because of some recommendations people gave me even though they were the highest quote. It took them several weeks before I get my first receipt for the initial payment. I was told by Kevin (PM) that the job would take 2-3 weeks when it was actually 5. He never even called me to let me know they had completed the job. I had to contact him to get updates 85% of the time. Received many excuses on why the work wasn't getting down One excuses was ALL our finishing trucks have been broke. All of them. It comes down to poor, very poor communication. This is probably the worst communication I have every had from a PM. The office staff was nice and polite particularly Cassie. Again I have other properties with pools that need work, but I will be going some where else
