  • I have lived in Las Vegas for about 18 months and I shop regularly at Walmart. This Walmart on rainbow and spring mountain is the worst managed Walmart I have ever been in. Shelves are constantly empty, people are standing around on Night Shift talking, the same workers on the night shift make fun of the manager, these folks on the night shift are there to waste time and not to work. I was told by one of the employees that this Walmart is moving to a 6 AM open time from 24 hours. They attributed thechange to theft. Theft is not the problem, keeping shelves stocked and fully loaded for the customers to shop is the issue. Shelves are empty during any course of time during any day. If Walmart wants to make money I suggest that they stock the shelves and not worry about the Theft.
