  • ***New Movers to Pittsburgh: Do NOT look at ANY properties managed by this company!!!*** We made the mistake of looking at one of their properties, and we were about to sign until we looked at their 30+ page lease that had such clauses as: a $50 fine for refusing to let the landlord show the unit (even if it's just not convenient for you), a $1200 fine for having 5 or more guests at any one time, and other ridiculous statements and fees. Furthermore, they did not show us said lease until AFTER we had already submitted them our security deposit (one month's rent). When we tried to get it back, they told us that it was a HOLDING deposit (even though it was listed as a security deposit on our lease and no one from their company had said or written that before), and refused to return it! Small claims court was too much of a hassle for us at the time, but we have seen other reviews where this management company has taken advantage of other out-of-towners. This company doesn't even deserve the 1-star rating that's required for me to post this review. Look at their BBB complaints and Google Reviews.
