  • My A/C went out this past Saturday. Luckily, the weather wasn't really hot. I sent an email to Bay and they responded first thing this morning. The techs arrived in the early afternoon and had the problem fixed quickly. I bought the heating and A/C system seven years ago and this is the first time we had a real problem with it. Both techs were very professional and found the problem quickly. I am glad to have purchased the furnace and A/C system from Bay Furnace.
