  • From day one Deb was a huge resource. We chose the new build route and a realtor isn't always necessary but having Deb there was a huge reassurance. We felt we were always taken more seriously with her with us and we negotiated the best price and options thanks to her expertise. She clearly has a lot of experience in her occupation and she made every step painless. Every question we had was always directed to her first and she always replied in a quick, concise manner. Being first time home owners, I could not have felt more comfortable and I would highly recommend all of my friends and family to Deb. Thanks for everything Deb!
