rev:text	Right Hyla L.!!! this place is a joke. It's run by imbeciles who can't keep track of people who make appointments. I made an appointment to have a new my A/C repaired because it stopped working. When I got to this place, there was a young kid inside. I told him I had an appointment and that I was early. while I was talking to him he just left. He brought back Mike. I reminded Mike about the appointment I made and he looked dumbfounded. He looked at his C P and then told me it would take at least 5 hours to do. On the phone, when I first made the appointment, he told me it would take 2 hours. Mike used the excuse that its hard to put in a condenser in that type of vehicle. WHY DIDN'T THIS NO BRAIN TELL ME THAT WHEN I CALLED?? He's supposed to be a certified mechanic.. He also asked me if I had the condenser or was he supposed to have it. WHAT THE HELL WOULD I BE DOING BUYING A CONDENSER?? This was a wasted trip of 8 miles. Mike acted like he didn't give a shit whether he fixed it or not. Also, forget about parking. There is none, the place is loaded with cars, mostly junk cars so there is no place to park. It's also dangerous to back out onto Indian School Rd. It's very busy and you have to maneuver your car around so you can drive out. NEVER GO TO THIS BULLSHIT BUSINESS!! MIKE IS A JACKASS AND HAS A SHIT ATTITUDE. There are cars there he has for sale, but I'd never recommend anyone buy them if he fixed them like the way he treats people. I asked the young kid since I was there if I could get a synthetic oil change and what could he do with the price because I was already spending $560 to replace the condenser. He was a hard ass and said it would still cost me $78. I went someplace else and had the oil change for $44. THESE ARE STUPID PEOPLE AND DON'T WANT TO BOTHERED. NEVER GO THERE, THERE ARE MANY OTHER MECHANICS IN THE PHOENIX AREA THAT YOU CAN TALK TO AND GET REPAIRS DONE RIGHT.
