  • When I placed my order, they GUARANTEED delivery by 12/22. It did not even get processed for delivery until today (12/22). I asked if they could just overnight it instead...and even said I would pay more. They claim to not have overnight shipping. Now they say it wont arrive till 12/29. So much for a nice personalized Christmas present. And now I have to go find a replacement gift. Seems to be the trend with this company now-a-days. Won't use again.
