rev:text	Beautiful flowers and accessories. One of my favorite garden centers. Cashiers are always pleasant as are the helpers throughout the store. I love shopping here when I visit my mother in Cleveland. I have one major issue, I have been to the store 3 times over the past six months. Two of those times I encountered an older gentleman in the outdooflower section i learned he was an employee. He was very abrupt and rude not only to the customers but to two other employees working in that area. I almost asked to file a report with the manager but decided to let it go as everyone has a bad day. Then today I was back in the store again and encountered the same gentleman. He was once again making rude and berating comments to one of the employees, a teen boy. I have never heard an employee speak to another employee that way in my life. You could see the young boy's spirit was crushed. I went to the customer service desk and asked who the man was and said I wanted to report him to the store manager only to find out that he was the store manager! The customer service person was very polite and told me his name was Mike. I could tell she didn't want to say anything else about him but it was obvious that this man is a bully, and a tyrant. It is totally unacceptable for any type of employer to speak their employees that way especially in front of customers. As much as I love Petitti's I will be finding somewhere else to shop when I visit my family in Cleveland. I will never return there again. I do however feel like going back and offering the employee that was being be rated a job with my company. I've never been so upset over a retail experience in my entire life. I own a business with many employees I couldn't imagine that type of behavior ever being tolerated.
