Ok, I don't usually write negative reviews, but my visit to this office bothered me so much that I must share. I had no problem with the staff and we did not have to wait in the lobby very long before seeing the PA. My problem was with the PA. When she came in the room my daughter and I were talking, so she didn't introduce herself. Fine. However, even after we gave her our full attention, she still didn't take the time to get to know us as "new patients". There was very little personal interaction and she constantly asked me and my kids what we thought we should do. About 5 minutes into our visit I started getting really frustrated because she made me feel like she was in a race to get to the next room and she continually asked questions about what "we" thought she should prescribe... she even asked us what dosage we thought we may want to start out with. I tried not to, but I became noticeably upset and told her I was uncomfortable with the visit and felt that she was in a rush and wasn't giving us any suggestions. She did nothing to calm the situation but instead became very defensive and borderline rude. I stammered because I was clearly embarrassing my kids at this point....so I said, "I am making my kids uncomfortable so let just move one" She replied "yes, you are". ARGH!! Nice comeback. Again, she never tried to calm the situation or try to instill me with confidence in her. It was clear that she was going to be right no matter what. At this point I shut down. We finished the appointment and I actually said thank you when she left (I regret that). I will not be returning.
