I love the name, but was the pho really unphogettable? No. Sorry. Located in Mekong Plaza inside the supermarket, which can be crazy during the weekend, this is really a great location for a pho restaurant. There are several LCDs for your viewing pleasure.
I really loved the painted bamboo murals on the walls and the contrasting taupe wall with some dark red in other areas. The decor here is nice compared to other Vietnamese restaurants I've been to. Very modern-esque. Another plus, is the recess lighting over the tables which adds a better ambiance to the restaurant. I am a fan of modernized restaurants especially Asian ones because back home, I'm accustomed to white walls and non-fancy decor. But even with awesome decor and ambiance, the food was just ok. I've had better and I think it's just gimmicky.
Food here is a bit pricier, but I guess that's what you're paying for.
