  • Was excited to find that Four Seasons did pick up and drop off but then on my very first order the delivery was "lost", over $1,000 of clothes gone just like that and no response other than "our driver says he dropped them off". No other real effort to help. 0 for 1, one and done. Very disappointing. And yes this review is for the Pittsburgh location, not chicago.
