  • 10 days later and all of the hair is back completely. UPDATE: THE HAIR IS ALREADY GROAING BACK. ALL OF IT. The first time I went here for a Brazilian wax I saw Krista and she was absolutely amazing, fun, seeet and efficient! Great girl and she's quick! All the hair was gone and stayed gone for a long time. This time I went back but Krista was on vacation so I saw Sam and she wasn't any good at all. She slowly pulled the wax off each time and she was extremely awkward and rushy and lacked professionalism and I have so much hair left over it's ridiculous.. She didn't leave the room and let me clean up like Krista does and she isn't quick or efficient. I have brought family and friends to this salon and I liked it a lot. I have to say that this is the first time I actually think I won't be coming back. Also I scheduled the same appointment three times for a hair consultation and each time they didn't even schedule me in. How three different people fail to schedule it is beyond me. Sam did a terrible job and she made me feel very uneasy.
