| - I called Spears when they first opened in the morning to ensure that they would have the tires I needed. When I asked "Can I be seen right away if I get there in about twenty minutes", I was told yes. When I arrived, I was asked to sign in. I asked how long my wait time would be and was told "about thirty minutes." I didn't leave until 2 hours later.
Service is quite slow, but the staff members are VERY friendly. The receptionist was pleasant and kept talking to the patrons as we waited. Based on her alone, I would give this place 5 stars. The slow service is what makes me give them a three. It wouldn't have been such a huge issue if they told me from the beginning that the wait would be so long.
Nonetheless, I probably will go back here again. As far as I'm concerned, friendly service is worth the wait. Also, the staff were all very honest.
As for prices, I found them to be very reasonable A set for 4 tires cost me $140. After taxes and all that jazz I paid around $155. They were nice enough to cover the fee for th disposal of my old tires, which saved me about $8.
As far as I can tell, the tires I purchased are in great condition, despite being used. I believe that I walked away with a good deal.
