  • Hands down the best place around NEO to have your hair done. Eliot does my hair. He's a gifted stylist and it's a pleasure to be his client. The front desk staff are always pleasant. They religiously confirm your appointment via text, email and maybe they call too. Depending on the time of your appointment you can get a parking spot right in front of the store, if not you can park in the garage but allow 5-7 mins to walk from the garage. I'm always offered coffee, tea or water upon arrival, they hang your coat, purse or bag up and they are conscientious about your clothing and have you change if needed so nothing gets stained by hAir color. I wear glasses and they even protect the stems with plastic or foil. They are sure to book your next appointment before you leave which is wonderful so you don't need to try and call later. Very professional all around.
