  • I'm currently undergoing a pool and spa build with these guys and I will update my review once my issues are addressed. Aside from having a horrible interaction with Marvin the sales person after we signed our contract, Marco the job super, told us our problems were behind us. I told him I expect a clean job site, that I have dogs so any access needs to be secured once the crew leaves, that my existing landscaping shouldn't be impacted by the job. My yard is a mess despite Marco coming out to clean up himself. Boxes in my yard, water bottles, and other garbage. I lost my dog because the rebar guy took my gate down and never bothered putting it back up. Thank god we found her but still pretty bad when this was addressed before the project started. They capped the irrigation in the back but now none of my front yard irrigation is working. No water at all. Called the office and thee guy basically said he didn't know what they could do about since they are a pool company not irrigation. Well your guys caused the problem! Also, the company can not provide any stable timetable as to when anything is going to get done. I never know if or when someone is showing up, who the heck they are, or what they are here to do. It's been a mess so far and I cannot wait for the this freaking job to be done. I can't recommend this company based on the frustrating interactions I've had with them so far
