  • Rip off. Very rude and unprofessional. I have stellar credit and over four years with current landlord with them offering to write a letter of recommendation that I am a great tenant. They take your application fee and money and deny. I am teaming up with each negative review here to file a class action lawsuit. I am starting my investigation on this company and realized that alone in yelp they have horrible reviews for tenants and landlords. I am reporting them to the department of real estate and taking it all the way to the commissioner. They need to close up shop and if they do, we will find you. Stay away from this con company. Look at the I recommended reviews guys. Please file a form 514 with department of real estate with this agency. Going to each negative yelper to do so. I've got helpers reporting them now.
