Called nearly a week in advance to schedule a carpet cleaning for Saturday, told they would be there between 9-5 but they would call me Thursday to narrow the time down. No call Thursday, I called on Friday, they still cannot give me a smaller window to arrive, they will call me Saturday morning to let me know when they will show up. No call, I called them around 11am and they tell me it will be between 1-5 but they can switch me to a different tech who is finishing up a job and I will be next, sounds good, I am thinking maybe an hour then. It is now 3 in the afternoon and nobody has shown up and no calls. I call them back and they tell me the driver had to go back to the shop and get more water but they still could not give me a time for him to show up ( How does it take 4 hours to finish the other job that was almost done and get some water?), that is when I told them to forget it and I will find someone else. A manger calls me back to keep my appointment but still cannot give me a time when they will arrive to clean my carpets.
I cannot tell you if they do a good job cleaning carpets but their customer service is terrible and I will be trying someone else.
