  • A week ago I bought two Delta bathroom faucets. The lady that helped me was very nice, although I think she ordered the wrong faucets. I am unable to verify this as it is impossible to contact anyone at the store. I have made repeated calls and either I am sent to voicemail, or no one picks up. Delta send two faucets, neither with a sink plug rod. Plus to make matters worse, the base plate for the one faucet is too small. Delta is shipping out the "correct one", however I am not too hopeful as it took four calls to get someone who sort of had an idea of the situation. No great employees at Delta. Just wanting to change out a couple bathroom faucets has turned into a waste of time and energy for me. Sticking with Lowe's or the "Depot" from now on. Can't recommend this place.
