  • Bad experience go worse with WFUP. Their estimator called to say he would be 30 minutes late to a scheduled appointment to measure our HOA pool for a remodel. Finally, an hour went by when he called again to say he had arrived. Fine...I can live with a delay. What troubles me is that 1 month later, I've never heard from the company with the estimate. I've called 5 times to follow-up and still, have never heard from them. The first two times, the receptionist said the estimate was almost ready and would be emailed to me that night. The other three times, I've been told "you need to talk to Brian or Sam...they're in a meeting, they'll call back in 1. 5 hours." Or, when say I've been told I'll be called back and no one follows-up, I get "I'll make SURE someone calls you back." Still haven't heard back from anyone. Too bad. Our HOA has money to spend on a pool remodel. We'll give it to another, reputable company.
