This is the worst dealership I have ever been too. Skip the service advisor, if you want to call him that- is rude, lazy, and not friendly.
I have been back for my inspection THREE times so far and because he has an attitude problem, here I Sit and wait AGAIN.
I have faxed and emailed my documents required to pass my jeep and because it's 20 minutes before close(he told me to just stop back in and get my sticker once I got my form) he asked me to stop back next week.
Next year I'll pay for my inspection. Not worth the time, gas, frustration, or dealing with this moron.
Oh! I called to see if he got my form 12 times and left 4 messages... no answer, I tried he other service advisors all to get the same operator who kept transferring me back to a voicemail.. I see why and you will too in my photo - Skip was too busy chit chatting on his cell phone and his co-worker reading the paper.
