  • Went here for afternoon tea with 3 colleagues one of whom is a regular to the activity and had actually been to tea there before a few years before. She had fond memories of the place but it did not live up to her previous visits or our general expectations. The food was very mediocre though there was a decent amount of it. The tea selection was good but the service was not, our server was unattentive and unfriendly. Just disappointing for a place so nicely decorated with a long history.
