We were excited to find there was handmade soba in LV.
I never had any handmade soba here in the US. Only times that I ever had it were when I was in Japan and I really enjoyed them.
We had seafood tempura for appetizer. Most of them were good except the squash, which was under cooked.
I had a cold soba and mini Katsudon combination and Mr had a niki udon. My cold soba was mediocre at the most. The broth wasn't that tasty and soba was really hard. Katsudon was ok - I've had it better.
Mr thought his niku udon was ok. I tasted the broth and sadly I've had it better too.
Service was extremely slow. There was only one waitress and although she was nice, everything took so long and the place wasn't even busy.
I'm glad we tried this place but I don't think we will return.
