  • These guys are amazing! To make a long story short, they went above and beyond the call of good customer service for me. They dumped my hard drive onto a portable and mailed express-shipped it to me overseas all for $70, even stored my computer for several weeks, graciously waiting for me until I could figure out what I needed to do with it. When my mother came to drop it off for me, she called ahead to find out about the nearest parking (as she can't drag a giant iMac in it's box several blocks to/from the car very easily especially in winter.) One of their reps actually waited for her out in front of the store so she could pull up, drop the computer into his hands and go! And it was the middle of January. He did the same thing on her return to pick it up. So Impressive!! They were incredibly efficient to deal with, had great phone & tech manner, went above and beyond on the actual service work, were reasonably priced, and best of all, REALLY understood what great customer service is about. In a day and age where good customer service seems as mythical as Unicorns and Jabberwockys, I think it's so important to give credit where it's truly deserved. I wouldn't take my Mac anywhere else!
