  • First of all, I am a pretty darned good baker so when I say these cupcakes are some of the best I have ever had, I mean EVER! My only disappointment was that I only got the minis because I was preparing for a taste test across several bakers. I need search no further. I sampled the carrot cake and funfetti as these are two flavors I'm looking at for a party coming up. Cake is mostly about cake for me, frosting- meh. The carrot cake was so moist and had so much fresh flavor and the cream cheese frosting was as good as mine, not overly sweet. The funfetti had a fresh tender white cake base and a very nice frosting. I would dial down the frosting on this one a bit, but mostly because I'm not a fan of the sweetness. I will be back and I will be ordering for the party. This is it. The search is over and I couldn't be happier to not be baking and decorating 100 cupcakes!
