rev:text	Brought my car here yesterday afternoon (with an appointment). I arrived at my appointment time and was told they were so busy it would take an hour and a half before they could look at it. 3 hours later they call me to tell me what's NOT wrong with my car. Okay... Well what was wrong then? I was once again left waiting to be told they'd have answers for me this morning. I call at 1:30pm after receiving no update. I'm told that it's something with wheel bearings and that they can have it done in 3.5 hours. It's 7:30pm and I still do not have my car back. Just called the shop to be chastised by the front desk worker who basically tried to guilt me because he and the mechanic were staying late for me. Am I supposed to feel bad? This has been almost a 36 hour ordeal. I told them I leave to go out of town (for two weeks) tomorrow morning and they promised I would have my car tonight. Needless to say, I won't be returning. Do NOT take your car here!!!
