  • Isaac is awesome! We called him at 9:30 at night because our air conditioner went out, its was 115 degrees outside and we have a 10 month old daughter. Because he runs such a reliable company, he was busy and on a service call at the time and couldn't come out. He didn't have to, but he went above and beyond and recommended us to Eric at PTAC Heating and Cooling! I called Eric (who was sleeping at the time), and without question, he came out at 10:00p.m at night. He assessed the issue and came back with the part in 20 minutes. At 10:30 at night people!! Incredible!! He was very honest, not looking to rip you off and tell you your whole air conditioner needs to be replaced (which is what many companies would do!) I seriously can not say enough good things about Eric!!! We now have cold air and our little girl is sleeping like a baby! Thank you again!!!!
