Steaks are amazing! you HAVE to get the Wagyu or the Japanese Kobe. My BF and I had the Porterhouse Wagyu Medium with sides the sauteed spinach and the mac & cheese. For appetizers, they came out with a whole bunch of items the Executive Sous Chef is an amazing man! Thank you Chef! Can't remember everything he came out with, but they were all good.
The chocolate souffle is not any other i've had! It was super soft and yummy! I know the staff at Cut makes it a point to entertain during service, and their presentation style is superb! you need to go there and try it! Remember to make reservations because it definitely unpredictable on when they'll get busy. Otherwise, the bar and lounge areas are awesome places to dine as well!
