I am on the fence about this place. It has good customer service. Cute old school decor and location. The variety of the menu is good as well. I also like that it is not touristy.
I am 50/50 with the food. I had the mole enchiladas and the hubby the enchilada style tamale. The food was good, not great! The mole was not thin and watery but for my plate being enchiladas de mole it needed a lot more mole on it. The chicken inside with not a lot of mole sauce made it pretty dry.
I took my leftovers home, but didn't eat them because it just wasn't half as good later like some food is.
I honestly can't say if I will go back. If we are in the area and need a quick meal; maybe.
