  • 2 stars for the first year. 1 for the years followed.first year everything was good. Or maybe just on denial. Second year I noticed prices going up in rent . Dumpsters always overflowing. Big change in residents moving there/unsafe, and of course the gates. Always being faulty/broken even ran into, I wonder why.had some damage to my vehicle.the complex failed to address the situation quickly. Basically having a letter from a paralegal stating that they did not agree. Never giving any proof those gates operating properly.maybe they should install cameras, due to the same complaints from other residents, and property management said they would work "during normal business hours".even though they would have them open during office hours. Over all (gated community) is a joke. Pool started being more unavailable and would lock them with chains. Certain amenities that are suppose to be included were being taken away. Overall I would NOT recommend this, so called "mark Taylor" the district . To anyone I know.
